Machine Specifications

8 Printing stations

Each station is equipped with double driers which are heated by steam

Printing stations 1 to 6 are forward printing only while stations 7 and 8 have forward and reverse printing capabilities

Station 8 is a double tower drying station

15 Printing trolleys are available.

Cylinder face width is 1080mm and impression roller face width is 1020mm thus a maximum print width of 1020mm is achievable

Both unwind and rewind stations are  turret system which take 2 rolls each

The maximum outer diameter of the reels which can fit the turrets is 1000mm

Automatic splicing capabilities. This is not working currently. 4 air shafts

Other Features:

Eltomat registration system to register 7 colours. This system is working but needs to be upgraded as replacement parts are hard to get

The 8th station is not linked to the Eltomat registration system and therefore generally used for full coverage colours or over varnishes.
