Meltpump:

MAAG Extrex main extruder and extruder 50mm.

T-die:

Reifenhauser  flex lip, 0,8 – 2 mm, external deckling  L= 1300mm

Platform:

Base frame to carry all extruders and die support.

Polishing and haul-off stack:

Reifenhauser 1200 mm wide

1 roll 300 mm dia; 1232mm wide chromium plate  mirror finish ( One spare)

DC drive common drive.

Pneumatic forced with manual adjustable gap-control.
