A comprehensive retrofit carried out directly at the customer's site normally requires an extended production shutdown. Our machine exchange concept provides an alternative approach.

For selected machine types, we use an available or specifically sourced machine as the basis for the retrofit. This machine is installed at Maschinen Ritter and completely overhauled and modernized according to the customer's individual requirements.

Mechanical systems, electrical equipment, controls, drives, pneumatics and safety systems can therefore be completed and extensively tested before the actual machine exchange takes place.

Only once the replacement machine is ready do we carry out the exchange at the customer's production site.

This provides several important advantages:

The removed machine can subsequently be taken over by Maschinen Ritter, rebuilt and prepared for another modernization project.

This creates a sustainable cycle in which existing machines are not simply replaced and scrapped, but professionally rebuilt and returned to productive use.
