For us, support does not end once a machine has been delivered or commissioned.

Spare Parts and Obsolete Components
Particularly with older machines, original spare parts are often no longer available. Control systems become obsolete, manufacturers disappear from the market or machine-specific components become difficult and expensive to source.
In these situations, we do not simply search for the original part.
We assess whether the existing component can be replaced by a modern, commercially available standard component. Where mechanical, electrical or software modifications are required, we develop and implement the necessary solution.
Whenever technically possible, we deliberately use standard components from established manufacturers. This reduces dependence on proprietary machine-specific parts and makes future spare parts supply easier and more cost-effective.
Machine Relocation
We also support complete machine relocations – whether within an existing production facility, between different sites or internationally.
Depending on the required scope, we can handle the technical assessment, dismantling, documentation, reinstallation, mechanical and electrical installation, and subsequent commissioning.
A relocation also provides an ideal opportunity to carry out necessary repairs, modifications or modernization work.
Our objective is not simply to move a machine from one location to another, but to ensure that it is ready for reliable production again at its new location – and, where required, technically prepared for the next stage of its service life.
